What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need a valid driver's license from your home country, an international driving permit if your license is not in English or Chinese, and a credit card for the security deposit. We accept most major international licenses with an IDP.
How does insurance coverage work?
Comprehensive insurance is included in every rental at no additional cost. This covers collision damage, third-party liability, and theft protection. The insurance is active from the moment you receive the vehicle until it's returned.
Can I pick up the vehicle at the airport?
We can arrange airport pickup at Taoyuan International Airport or Taichung Airport. Please mention your arrival details when making your reservation, and we'll coordinate the timing to meet your flight. A small coordination fee applies for airport deliveries.
What if I need to extend my rental period?
Extensions are usually possible if the vehicle isn't reserved by another client. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to request an extension. We'll confirm availability and adjust your booking accordingly.
Are there mileage restrictions?
Our day and multi-day rentals include generous mileage allowances suitable for island-wide travel. The weekly rental offers higher mileage limits. Specific allowances are confirmed during booking based on your selected package.
What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?
Contact our support line immediately. We'll arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle if needed. Emergency support is available in English and Mandarin throughout your rental period. All incidents are covered under the included insurance policy.
